Our management team were bitten by the sales bug years ago, long before they opened shop in 2002. Sales infects everything they do; and that shows in the results they achieve.
Our Directors and C-level executives are ‘hands-on’ kind of people. They want to get involved. You’ll see them at your first meeting… and in the SCi Workshop, and during your campaign and at the review of results. When we say hands-on, we mean hands-on.

Brendan O’Flaherty
Chief Executive Officer / Founder
Brendan has over twenty years experience of complex B2B sales and business development, including Sales Director at a major London media production PLC. He founded SCi Sales in 2002 to develop and execute B2B sales acceleration programmes, and is passionate about the application of his experience to reach customers’ targets.

Robert Yuile
Chief Operations Officer
Robert is an experienced operational sales leader, having led sales teams across the US and Europe. This included Vice President (Worldwide Sales and Marketing) for Anacomp, a services provider to Fortune 500 IT companies, as well as senior management roles at Unisys and Exabyte. An Edinburgh University MBA, Robert applies his strengths in strategic business planning, customer engagement / key account management and business processes to the benefit of our clients.

Marketing Director

An award winning, senior executive with over 25 years experience in both online and offline marketing, advertising and design. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing he has been elected to the Telemarketing Council at the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). Graham has held Directorships at advertising and marketing agencies and worked on accounts as varied as Shelter Homeless Charity, Islington Council, Mitsubishi and Lennox Lewis (Boxing Champion).

A highly dynamic and driven individual, Phillip is passionate about sales training and mentoring. As Sales Team Manager for SCI he applies his experience and strong interpersonal skills leading agents across multiple campaigns.
