“For my sins I play Rugby at the weekends. It’s not a game for shrinking violets. You have to show commitment and drive; a winning attitude.
That’s reflected in the atmosphere at SCi. It’s a driven culture. We employ staff that have a winning attitude and give them the tools and incentives to succeed.
But just like Rugby, after all the hard work on the field, we know how to relax in the bar after the game. It’s important that our staff should be rewarded for their skill, but equally important that they should enjoy their work and feel part of a team.
I’m proud of what we’re achieving at SCi, and particularly proud when clients visit and tell me they can sense the positive atmosphere. I get a real buzz walking through the door at SCi and so do my team.”
