Involvement

Our Directors are ‘hands-on’ sales acceleration professionals. You’ll see them at
your first meeting… and in the SCi Workshop, and during your campaign and at the review of results. When we say hands-on, we mean hands-on.

Perhaps their most valuable input is at the SCi Workshop. This is a strategic planning session where the implementation of the campaign is devised. It’s here that their years of experience and insight really add benefit to your campaign.

Innovation

We have a culture that encourages innovation and thought-leadership. As a result, we’ve achieved a number of ‘firsts’ since opening our doors in 2002:

  • First to include the cost of B2B data in our charges
  • First to ensure all staff qualify with an Institute of Sales & Marketing Management diploma
  • First to create a dedicated programme for lead nurturing
  • First to develop telemarketing Apps for mobile devices
  • First to push beyond telemarketing into sales acceleration
